Remarks :

For those who do not have office address for company registration, we (ALP) can help you to obtain office address at the location in accordance with your liking. The prices of office rent are varied depending on the facilities and location of the office.
The office location is available in the buildings of business centers well known in Jakarta and located along the Major Streets such as Jl. Sudirman, Gatot Subroto, M.H. Thamrin, HR. Rasuna Said / Kuningan etc. The applicant shall be in direct contact with the owner of the building at the time of signing the contract and paying the office rent.

Additional Information

The Principal Permit to be issued by BKPM shall be valid for 3 years and may be extended for the following 3 years for company that has not been able to realize its investment providing that the application of extension must be done before the validity of the principal permit has been expired.

For the principal permit that has been extended 1 time and the company still has not been able to realize its investment / has not obtained the Permanent business permit / IUT then it can be given extension 1 more time providing that before giving the extension the government party / BKPM shall evaluate / check its business activities by means of seeing directly the office and the activities in its office. If in the office there were still working activities then BKPM party possibly would give the last extension.

Every foreign Company already obtains the principal permit from BKPM shall be obligated to deliver its business activities report every 3 months / LKPM report. And for company that already obtaining its Permanent Business Permit / IUT must report its business activities every 6 months. If not reporting it,then BKPM shall withdraw its business permit after delivering the 3rd letter of warning.
